For any new business, generating quality social media content that accurately tells a brand’s story can be challenging. Xhale Luxury Villa approached SOAR Media Group Inc. in search of a social media marketing agency that knew how to visually stimulate consumers, media and sales partners; all while telling the story of a luxurious vacation experience nestled between St.Lucia’s mountains.
First we developed a comprehensive social media strategy that strategically used social media to place Xhale on the radar of prominent travel writers and influencers, engage potential customers and stimulate existing fans. Next we produce a three day photoshoot at Xhale Luxury Villa to create brand photography that could be used over the time span of six months. After the brand photography was completed, we provided monthly content calendars and social media management for both Instagram and Facebook.
Xhale Luxury Villa’s social media accounts actively engage with travel writers, travel influencers and potential customers. The Instagram account saw a 100% growth within three months and engagement levels rose by 133%. Social media has become a primary marketing touchpoint, with social media responsible for 40% of website traffic.
Several high profile travel magazines, travel writers and influencers have since followed the brand and actively reposted content (Honeymoon Destinations and Destination St.Lucia). Since Soar’s takeover of the accounts, the villa has been approached by various influencers looking for collaborations, all who have discovered the brand via Instagram. Social media content was also featured numerous times as a ‘top post’ under hashtags such as #StLucia, #LuxuryVilla and #HoneymoonIdeas.
