Our team focused on storytelling, highlighting the collaborative downtown office environment while simultaneously telling the story of the team members who make Meridian OneCap a great place to work.
This video project was produced, filmed, and edited by our video team. We focused on storytelling to highlight a typical day in the office for a Meridian OneCap employee. We interviewed real team members, then centered the shot list around their responses. Our goal was to show an authentic day at the office by filming real interactions. We filmed at the Toronto OneCap office and interviewed each team member in a different area to highlight the collaborative office environment. We also added self-recorded clips from the Montreal and Vancouver offices.
Finally, we used title cards to introduce each team member and ensure viewers could relate to who they were watching.
The video has been shared to every potential OneCap team member. The quality of Soar Media Group’s video work led to several other video projects, extending the relationship throughout 2019 and 2020.
